Returns & Exchanges

We want your Lullnox experience to feel considered from the moment you order to the moment you settle in. If something is not right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds work.

1. Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, inserts, accessories, and components
  • Free from stains, odors, marks, damage, or signs of use
  • Approved by our customer care team before being sent back

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@lullnox.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for following the instructions carefully to help avoid delays.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earplugs
  • Compression socks
  • Opened fragrance cards
  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items with stains, odors, marks, pet hair, or signs of use
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without original packaging or required components

If an item is non-returnable but arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help review the issue.

4. Returns for Kits & Bundles

If you purchased a kit, set, or bundle, all eligible components must be returned together in their original condition and packaging.

Partial returns of kits or bundles are not accepted unless we approve an exception in writing. If any non-returnable, missing, used, or damaged component is included in the kit, the return may be rejected or the refund amount may be reduced.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal preference, sizing preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we confirm that your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another solution at our discretion.

Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, gift packaging fees, and any paid shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges only when the requested replacement item is available and the original item meets our return eligibility requirements.

For hygiene reasons, earplugs, compression socks, and opened fragrance cards cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lullnox.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be more difficult to verify and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will let you know whether the refund has been accepted.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10–15 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, gift packaging fees, and other non-product charges are not refundable.

9. Return Condition Review

All returned items are inspected. If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may refuse the return, reduce the refund, or offer to send the item back to you at your expense.

Examples of items that may be refused include items that are used, worn, washed, damaged, missing components, missing packaging, or returned outside the return window.

10. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a standard restocking fee for eligible returns.

However, if a returned item is missing components, damaged, used, or not returned in its original condition, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund or reject the return.

11. Gift Returns

If you received a Lullnox item as a gift, please contact us at hello@lullnox.com. Gift returns may be eligible for store credit if the item meets our return conditions.

Refunds for gift purchases are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or approved by us.

12. Final Sale

Items marked final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
