Lullnox products are made to support quiet, comfortable moments of rest. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a limited one-year warranty against eligible manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Period
Lullnox offers a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date for eligible products purchased directly from www.lullnox.com.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
Examples of covered issues may include:
- Seam defects present under normal use
- Zipper failure caused by a manufacturing defect
- Fabric or component defects not caused by use, washing, care, or damage
- Accessory defects caused by workmanship or assembly issues
- Structural defects in an eligible Lullnox product
All warranty claims are reviewed by our team. Approval is not automatic and depends on the information provided and the condition of the product.
3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Changes in softness, shape, color, or appearance from regular use
- Stains, odors, marks, discoloration, or fabric pilling
- Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, accidents, or improper storage
- Damage caused by washing, drying, cleaning, or care methods not recommended for the product
- Damage caused by pets, sharp objects, heat, water exposure, or travel-related accidents
- Lost or stolen items
- Personal comfort preferences
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resale platforms
- Final sale items, gift cards, or promotional gifts
- Consumable or hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used, including earplugs, compression socks, and fragrance cards
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
4. Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Because some Lullnox products come into close contact with the body, hygiene-sensitive items may have limited warranty options once opened or used.
Earplugs, compression socks, and fragrance cards are not eligible for return or replacement under warranty unless the issue is clearly related to a verified manufacturing defect and reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, email hello@lullnox.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the affected area
- Photos of the product label, packaging, or batch information if available
Warranty requests without the required information may not be approved.
6. Claim Review
Our team will review your claim and may request additional photos, videos, or information. We reserve the right to determine whether the issue is covered by this warranty.
If the product needs to be returned for inspection, we will provide instructions. Please do not send any product back without approval.
7. Warranty Solutions
If your warranty claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- Replacement of the affected item
- Replacement of the affected component or accessory
- Store credit
- A partial refund
- Another solution we consider reasonable for the issue
Refunds are not guaranteed under warranty. In most cases, an approved warranty claim will be resolved with a replacement, replacement component, store credit, or partial refund.
8. Replacement Availability
If the exact product, color, or component is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or another reasonable solution.
Warranty replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
9. Shipping for Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the next step. Depending on the nature of the claim, we may ship a replacement to the original country of purchase or offer another resolution.
We are not responsible for warranty shipping delays caused by incorrect address information, carrier issues, customs delays, or circumstances outside our control.
10. Products Purchased Outside Lullnox.com
This warranty applies only to eligible products purchased directly from www.lullnox.com. If you purchased from another seller, marketplace, reseller, or third-party platform, please contact that seller directly for support.
11. Relationship to Returns
This warranty is separate from our Returns & Exchanges policy. If your product is unused and within the return window, the Returns & Exchanges policy may apply. If your item has a potential manufacturing defect, this Warranty policy may apply.
