We know the small details matter when you are preparing for rest, travel, or time away from home. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long shipping usually takes, and what to expect after placing your order.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, European Union countries, and Australia.

At this time, we do not ship to India, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, or regions where shipping carriers are unable to provide reliable service or where delivery is restricted.

Shipping availability may change depending on carrier service, local restrictions, customs limitations, or operational conditions.

2. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons, product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while our team prepares your order carefully.

3. Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Remote areas, islands, rural addresses, customs checks, weather conditions, carrier delays, or holiday periods may require additional time.

4. Standard Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $9.90 USD.

Orders of $70 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Free shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes or additional charges.

5. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available for selected destinations. Available expedited options, estimated delivery times, and rates will be shown at checkout when offered.

Please note that expedited shipping speeds up transit time after dispatch, but order processing time may still apply.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier. If your tracking has not updated right away, please allow a little time for the carrier system to refresh.

7. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lullnox is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us at hello@lullnox.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

8. Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around your delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, building reception, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier office.

If you still need help, contact us at hello@lullnox.com with your order number and tracking number. We will do our best to help you review the situation.

9. Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We understand delays can be frustrating, especially when you are preparing for a trip or rest routine. If your order appears unusually delayed, please contact us and we will help check the available tracking information.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, please review our Returns & Exchanges policy.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lullnox.com.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
